ICR International Conduct Outplacement Programs at the best possible cost

When you decide the talents of an executive can only flourish elsewhere, outplacement is the accepted way of organizing a fair and reasonable separation.

Outplacement programs ensure you place a person no longer required by you in the hands of professionals who can assist with their transition to new employment and ensure remaining employees see you as a caring employer that is not indifferent to the needs of those you no longer require.

ICR’s been successfully providing outplacement services to large corporations and is able to offer you the best possible rates.

Each outplacement package includes:

  • Multiple face-to-face meetings with an ICR consultant
  • A detailed career transition review
  • Assistance with preparation of a professional resume
  • Assistance with employment search techniques
  • A senior Case Manager that cares about the outcome!

STANDARD PACKAGES:
Middle Managers - $750 + GST
Senior Managers - $1,500 + GST
Group Programs - 10 People (2 group Sessions) $3,500 + GST

ICR sees its outplacement role as providing support for the outplaced person and to assist them to successfully achieve new employment. We do not automatically steer a person back into the career path they left as that is not always necessarily the best solution. We assist outplaced people to make their best next career decision.

Whilst we have a formal outplacement program and an outplacement ‘manual’ is provided to every person in our base program, we generally find that each and every person is different and has different needs. We tend therefore to identify those needs and respond with emphasis where it is required for the individual.

At our first meeting the outplaced person is supplied with a hard copy of our outplacement manual which contains information and worksheets. The manual and the program have ten sections:

  • Introduction to the program
  • Preferences/considerations
  • Self Assessment
  • Personal Profile (Including Resume)
  • Research
  • Opportunity Development
  • Communication Skills & Techniques
  • Applications
  • Interview Skills
  • Evaluating Offers & Negotiating a New Position

At our first meeting we assess where the outplaced person needs most assistance and we do that through using our outplacement experience, by listening to the concerns of the outplaced person and by reviewing material they may already have, for example, a resume.

Our base program runs for 3-months and face-to-face sessions are scheduled every second week. Between times there is work to be completed by the outplaced person and we supply support. Unless a Group Session is purchased all sessions are 1on1. Our Management Program is for more senior people or for people that are long-serving with a company or from very specialist employment where extra support is required over a longer period of time.
